About the Job Board Widget
Zyff's job board widget lists your open roles on any website, free. Each role carries a team, a location, whether it is on site, hybrid or remote, a contract type, a salary and a link straight to wherever you actually take applications — your ATS, a form, or an email address. Candidates filter by team, and the teams come from whatever you type rather than a list you have to configure. The output is one div and one script tag that works in WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow or a hand-written HTML page alike.
How to add a job board to your website
Add your roles
Give each one a title and a team, then the location, contract type and salary. Type the same team on several roles and it becomes a filter button and a group heading.
Point the apply button somewhere
An ATS link, an application form, or a mailto: address. Roles without one simply show no button rather than a dead control.
Pick a layout
Rows read clearly at any length, cards suit a short list with real descriptions, compact fits a long careers page, and grouped gathers roles under their team.
Copy the embed code
Paste the container div and script tag where the roles should appear, or download the standalone HTML file. Check the 390px mobile preview before you ship it.

Roles link to your own process
Nothing is hosted or collected here. The apply button goes to your ATS, your form or your inbox, so applications land exactly where they already do.
An empty state you write
Set what appears when every role is filled — better than a heading over nothing, and it means you can leave the widget in place between hiring rounds.
Free text where free text belongs
Salary is typed as you want it read: \"£65,000 – £80,000\", \"From €50k\", \"Competitive\". A currency field could express only the first.

How do I add a job board to my website?
Add each role in Zyff's builder, pick a layout, then copy the generated embed code into your page. The whole flow is free with no signup, and the snippet is plain HTML, so it drops into any CMS block that accepts custom code.
Will these roles appear in Google Jobs?
No, and it is worth being straight about why. Google Jobs needs JobPosting structured data with a verified hiring organisation and a validThrough date it actively enforces — a stale date on a filled role is exactly what earns a manual action. Zyff cannot verify either, and the penalty would land on your domain rather than ours. If Google Jobs matters to you, mark your postings up server-side where your own system knows when a role closes.
Does it collect applications?
No. Each role's button links to wherever you already take applications — your ATS, an application form, or a mailto: address. That keeps candidate data entirely inside your own process rather than passing it through a widget.
How does the team filter work?
It builds itself from whatever you type in each role's team field, in the order those teams first appear. It only shows when two or more teams exist, and it is hidden on the grouped layout because the section headings already separate them.
Can I show a salary range?
Yes — the salary field is free text, so \"£65,000 – £80,000\", \"From €50k\" and \"Competitive\" all work as typed. Several countries now require a range in job adverts, and a free-text field is the only shape that can express one honestly.
What happens when we have no vacancies?
The empty message you write is shown instead. That is more useful than an empty section and means you can leave the widget on the page between hiring rounds rather than removing and re-adding it.
Can candidates apply by email?
Yes — put a mailto: address in the apply link and the button opens their mail client. It is the simplest option for a small team without an applicant tracking system.
Where do I paste the job board embed code?
On your careers or about page, wherever the roles should sit. Put the container div in that spot and keep the script tag with it.
Is the job board widget really free?
Yes. Building it, styling it and embedding it are free with no signup, no trial and no watermark — a free embed carries a small \"Job board by Zyff\" link, which is how the tool stays free. Rows and the compact layout are free, and so is the team filter: it is what makes a long careers page usable. A paid plan adds the cards and grouped layouts, full colour control and removes the attribution link.
