Contact Zyff

Email info@esplanda.com. That is the only way to reach Zyff, and it goes to the people who build and run the site. There is no phone line, no live chat, and no ticket portal.

Email info@esplanda.com

One address covers everything: bugs, bad output, tool requests, questions about how a tool works, privacy questions, and copyright or takedown notices. Put the topic in the subject line so it is obvious at a glance, and include the URL of the page you were on.

Plain text is fine and preferred. If you need to attach a file so we can reproduce a problem, remember that an email attachment lands in an ordinary inbox and stays there, unlike a tool upload, which is processed in memory and never stored. Do not send anything you would not normally send by email. A screenshot of the result is often enough.

Reporting a bug or a bad result

This is the most valuable mail we get, and the difference between a report we can fix and one we cannot is usually four or five specifics. A result that came out wrong is a bug even when nothing threw an error, so send those too: a mask that cut through someone's shoulder, a compressed file that got larger, a converted image with shifted colors.

If the tool showed you an error message, quote it exactly. Those strings map to specific checks in the code, which usually points straight at the cause.

  • The exact page URL, for example /tools/background-remover
  • What you did, and what you expected versus what you got
  • The file: format, rough size, and pixel dimensions
  • The settings you used, such as output format, quality, dimensions, or the background and edge controls
  • Your browser and device, and whether it also happens on another one
  • The exact error text, if any appeared

Requesting a tool or a feature

Tell us the job rather than the tool name, and include the phrase you searched for before you landed here. Search wording tells us more about what people need than a feature title does, and requests that name a concrete format, dimension, or limit are the easiest to act on.

If the tool you want is already listed with a coming-soon label, say so anyway. Those messages are a direct signal about build order, and they carry more weight than page views do.

Privacy, data, and takedown requests

Zyff has no accounts, so there is no profile to export or close. Uploads are processed in memory on our servers and never stored, which means there is normally no copy of your file for us to delete by the time you write. If you have a question about the aggregate page-view and performance analytics the site collects, ask and we will answer it directly.

For copyright or DMCA notices, include the URL on zyff.io, a description of the work, and how to reach you. One thing worth knowing first: the Google Reviews widget displays live review data fetched from Google's Places API and does not copy it onto Zyff, so a request to change or remove an individual review has to go to Google or to the business that owns the listing.

What to expect after you send it

We read everything, and we reply when we can. We are not going to invent a response-time promise we cannot keep, so treat it as: a real person will see your message, and a clear bug report is far more likely to get an answer and a fix than a vague one.

You will not get a ticket number or an automated acknowledgment. There is no account support to provide, because there are no accounts. We do not accept guest posts, link exchanges, paid placements, or sponsored tool listings, so those messages will not get a reply.
