Zyff's Facebook reviews widget shows the recommendations from your Facebook Page on any website, free. Paste your page address — no Facebook app, API key or login to connect — and Zyff collects the public recommendations, then renders them in one of six layouts: cards, a list, a carousel, masonry, a compact rating badge, or a rotating spotlight. Filter to positive recommendations only, hide ones containing a keyword, set a minimum length, and choose the order. A call-to-action button can send visitors to your page to leave their own. Recommendations are fetched on the server and stored by Zyff, so the widget keeps working without asking Facebook on every pageview. The output is one div and one script tag that works in WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow or a hand-written HTML page alike.

## How to embed Facebook reviews on your website

1. **Paste your page address** — Enter facebook.com/yourbusiness, or just the page name. Reviews have to be switched on for the page and the page has to be public.
2. **Load the recommendations** — Press Load recommendations. The first fetch takes up to a minute; after that they are served from Zyff's own copy and load instantly.
3. **Choose a layout** — Pick a template, then set the columns, how many are shown and the order. Every setting previews live against your real recommendations.
4. **Filter what appears** — Show positive recommendations only, hide ones containing a word, or require a minimum length. The widget says on the page whenever it is showing a filtered set.
5. **Save and paste the code** — Sign in free to save the widget, copy the two-line snippet, and paste it where the reviews should appear. Editing the saved widget updates every site using it.

## Frequently asked questions

**Do I need a Facebook app or API access?**

No. Zyff reads the public recommendations on your page, so there is nothing to authorise and no token to maintain. The page has to be public and have reviews switched on in its settings.

**Why does my page show a percentage instead of a star rating?**

Because Facebook stopped issuing star ratings in 2018 and replaced them with a yes-or-no recommendation. When your page still publishes a 1-5 rating, Zyff shows it; when it does not, the header shows the share of people who recommend you instead. Zyff will not draw five stars from a number Facebook never gave.

**Can I hide negative reviews?**

You can set the widget to show positive recommendations only, and it will then state on the page that it is doing so. The disclosure is not optional — showing a filtered set of opinions without saying so misleads whoever reads it, and every review also links back to the original on Facebook.

**How often do the reviews update?**

Zyff re-checks a page at most once every 72 hours, and only when someone asks it to from the editor. Nothing runs on a timer, so recommendations never change behind your back; press "Check Facebook for new recommendations" whenever you want the latest.

**Can I show reviews from more than one page?**

One page per widget. Embed a second widget for a second page — combining two pages into one rating would be inventing an aggregate that neither page publishes.

**What happens to recommendations I have already collected?**

They are kept. Facebook returns a window of recent recommendations, so a widget that only showed the last fetch would lose ones that merely scrolled out of it. Zyff pools them across checks, and the text is never altered — a stored recommendation is exactly what Facebook last returned.
